We would like to invite you to participate in our 2008 Cowboy Days Swap N Shop in honor of the National Day Of The American Cowboy.
The events that Cowboy Days Swap N Shop and its’ sponsors provide are for the entire family, adults and children. We are billed as “FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT.” Therefore, anything containing pornography, nudity, or obscene language is strictly prohibited and will be removed from the premises. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED!!! We would like to keep the items for sale Cowboy, Indian, or Western only. FREE ADMISSION!!!
There are limited indoor vendor spaces 10 x 10, which are air-conditioned and available on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis for $35. Covered and outside vendor spaces are available for the fee of $25. Electrical hookups are available at NO extra cost, but limited so it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! BOOTH FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Set up time will be Thursday July 24, 2008, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday 25th – Sunday 27th booths to open from 8:00 a.m. - ?:00. “No trespassing” – please keep your stuff within your allotted space.
There are limited electrical hook-ups available for trailers, ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, located around rodeo arena. These hook-up are $15 and to be paid to the Yell County Rodeo and Riding Club. These are not affiliated with The Cowboy Days Swap N Shop.
